Came from Simon’s YouTube video - although never been to this hotel - but I think it deserves a 5 star review with that level of cleanliness that Simon has shown in the room.
For a budget hotel it was sufficient for us. If you want a luxury hotel this isn’t the place. No coffee, no free breakfast, no swimming pool, or spa, etc. But with that said, for the price compared to other hotels it was fine. Not dirty, clean linens, etc. I’m not sure why there are all of these bad reviews.
The location was great but thats about it. The Front desk associate seemed very agitated when I asked her questions about the room and parking. I called the hotel before i arrived to find out where i could park for check in and i was put on hold. No one ever picked up the phone to answer my question. The rooms have wood floors which are nice but unfortunately you can hear every one outside your door as they walk by. If you are looking for somewhere just to crash for a few hours after a long night on the beach than i guess it's ok.
People often pay such a low price for a hotel in South Beach and still expect a full all-inclusive resort experience—then leave unfair low ratings. This hotel is actually a hidden gem for Miami: affordable, clean, and perfectly located. The staff was amazing, especially Al, who went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The room was spotless and comfortable, and for the price, you really can’t ask for more. A great choice if you want to experience South Beach without breaking the bank!
Keep in mind Geneva & Parisian hotel are owned by the same people, they really need to write that on there website or something so people know. If you are staying in Geneva, do call the Parisian to have your question answers. Hotel is best for single person stay, not recommended for families to stay. Lastly, customer service was phenominal by Raul. Hes a great guy.
I loved staying here. The reviews do not do this place justice. They got a new owner and renovated. Location was amazing. Everyone was so nice. Rooms were huge. I stayed at the Good Time Hotel last month and there was no comparison that this stay was overall much more comfortable. They also have a really nice lobby where I was able to rent exotic cars with Premier Auto Rentals.
